バニャルカの市内から空港に向かう人がどれだけいるのかわかりませんが(笑)、あまり情報がなかったので簡単にメモしておきます。（2016年6月現在）
Information on city-to-airport transportation in Banja Luka, as of June 2016, will be given below.

市内から空港に向かいバスは飛行機の出発時間に合わせて出ている模様です。
There is privately run minibus service at least from city to the airport based on the flight schedule.

・乗車場所：旧バスターミナル Old Bus Station
Boarding place -- Old Bus Station

問題はこの「オールド・バス・ステーション」の場所ですが、ふつうの市バスのターミナルです。大通りの郵便局の裏側あたりにあります。バス停がいくつか並んでいます。下の地図を参考にしてください。
Old Bus Station is located along Vidovdansku ulica, almost behind the Post office in the Center.  There, many city buses arrive and go.  Please see the map shown below.

・発車時刻：公開情報はなさそうなので、運営元である下記の旅行社に問い合わせてください。歩行者天国の斜めの道（Veselina Masleše ulica、慣用名Gospodska ulica）の中ほどに、中（西側）に入る入口があり、中庭のような場所の奥にあります。これも下の地図を参考にしてください。
Timetable -- Ask the travel agency Ars Tours shown below.  They should have information.  Note that their office is not faced on the Veselina Masleše ulica, or Gospodska ulica, but is behind the courtyard.

私が乗ったときはバスというよりミニバンでした。窓にAerodrom（セルビア語で空港）と書いたプレートが出ていました。

最後に、「ここはオールド・バス・ステーションですか」と確認する言い方を載せて終わりにします。
In conclusion, let me introduce a phrase for confirming if the place is exactly the Old Bus Station.
